Mass Market is a redeveloped site on North Massachusetts Ave in the Midtown redevelopment district. The three acre site will provide showcase space for leading Central Florida makers, chefs, artists and musicians. The Market will accommodate independently-owned businesses offering commercial kitchen, exhibit space, galleries, performance and event venues. Twelve onsite residential units are available for lease.

Black & Brew, one of Lakeland’s most beloved coffee shops, closed for almost a full week at the beginning of this month for a complete overhaul. As the doors reopened, guests were greeted with a gorgeous brick wall mural, updated seating arrangements, new menus, and more.
