After initial selection, Baron Realty assembles a professional team to perform comprehensive due diligence of the subject property. Investigations include demographic studies of the site, lease analysis, credit analysis of the tenant, environmental audits, survey analysis, and title review. A financial analysis is also performed to include discounted cash flows, lease duration pro-forma financial statements, and other reports that may be requested by the client. 

To dispose of properties, Baron Realty will prepare a complete due diligence package for potential purchasers and aggressively market the properties nationally and internationally. The company uses combinations of direct mail, internet, print media, and personal relationships to quickly dispose of properties.
