Cory T. Petcoff President
Cory Petcoff, 29, serves as President of Baron Realty, Inc.
Petcoff offers extensive knowledge of commercial real estate
investment analysis gained during his employment with TriMont
Real Estate Advisors. Trimont is the exclusive provider of
asset management services to the Lehman Brothers commercial
real estate loan portfolio. While at TriMont, Petcoff was
part of a team that underwrote a $731 million CMBS offering.
Petcoff also served as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at First
Union National Bank (now Wachovia). His team worked alongside
institutional portfolio managers to enhance and implement a
new financial trading platform. Currently, Petcoff performs
leasing and management services on a portfolio of real estate
assets in excess of one million square feet.

Thomas
Petcoff, 58, serves as Chairman of Baron Realty, Inc. The
Company was founded in 1988 as a commercial real estate
brokerage and consulting firm. Baron has assisted clients in
building commercial real estate portfolios consistent with
individual investment objectives. He also has unique insurance
company management experience. Petcoff was co-founder of
Summit Consulting, Inc, a third party administration firm
which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Mutual
Insurance Company. While operating Summit, he formed a
self-insurers fund for workers’ compensation which ultimately
became Bridgefield Employers Insurance Company, Florida’s
largest writer of workers’ comp. He is the founder of the
Florida Retail Federation Self Insurers Fund, Florida’s
largest non-profit workers’ comp pool. Petcoff has extensive
experience in managing insurance company assets beginning in
1978. Petcoff has formed and managed insurance companies in
Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, and
Virginia. He is a licensed property/casualty and surplus lines
insurance agent and a licensed real estate broker.
